SCV 918 Waterborne Rheology Additive Negotiable 1000 kg

SCV 918 is a modified product selected through a special process and activated. Under the condition of a small amount of electrolyte, it quickly exhibits strong thixotropy and thickening properties.


Properties:

Appearance: White powder

Relative density (25°C): 1.0-1.3

pH value (2% liquid): 7.5-10.0

Applications:

Widely used in water-in-water multicolor paints, water-in-sand multicolor paints, and sand-in-sand multicolor paint systems.


Addition method:

Pre-gel: Prepare a 5-10% pre-gel and add slowly. High-shear dispersion equipment is recommended. Stability will be weakened in an acidic environment. Best used after 24 hours.


Recommended dosage:

1-2% of the total system weight; actual dosage depends on system requirements.


Precautions during operation:

● Use in a well-ventilated area.

● Wear protective goggles, gloves, mask, and other protective equipment during operation.

● If contact with skin occurs, immediately wash with soap and water.

● If splashed into eyes, immediately rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice.

● After use, wash hands and rinse mouth.
