SCV 6655 Waterborne Rheology Additive can effectively increase the medium and high shear viscosity of water-based systems, significantly improve the flowability of coatings, and enhance storage stability. It achieves an ideal balance of medium and high shear viscosity.

Density: 0.9-1.1 g/ml (25°C)

Viscosity: 3000-8000 mPa·s (25°C)

● SCV 6655 is a high-solid-content product with very high medium and high shear thickening efficiency

● SCV 6655 provides excellent leveling and anti-sagging properties

● SCV 6655 offers good thixotropy, improving storage stability

Applications:

As a thickener and rheology additive, widely used in medium to high PVC coatings and water-based multicolor coatings

Usage method:

Recommended dosage is 0.2-2%, actual dosage depends on the system.

In coatings, add directly during the letdown stage; in multicolor paints, add to the continuous phase.

Precautions during operation:

● Use in a well-ventilated area

● Wear masks, protective gloves, and other protective equipment to avoid splashing onto skin or clothing

● If contact with skin occurs, immediately wash with soap and water

● If splashed into eyes, immediately rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice

● This product is strictly forbidden to be taken orally. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately

● After use, wash hands and rinse mouth
