SCV 3060 Waterborne Rheology Additive is a modified product that has been specially selected and activated. In water, it provides strong thixotropy and thickening effects, improving the suspension properties of the system.

Properties:

Appearance: Off-white or light yellow free-flowing powder

Relative density (25°C): 0.70-0.90

Features:

● SCV 3060 improves the stability of the protective gel

● SCV 3060 improves color bleed resistance of the system

● SCV 3060 improves the suspension of colored particles

● SCV 3060 improves the water resistance of the system

Applications:

As a thickener and rheology additive, widely used in medium to high PVC coatings and water-based multicolor coatings.

Addition method:

Add proportionally to the protective gel powder and disperse at high speed to form a mixed solution; use after 24 hours.

Dosage:

Choose the appropriate amount based on the desired viscosity of the system; the general dosage is 1-3% of the protective gel powder.

Precautions during operation:

● Use in a well-ventilated area.

● Wear protective goggles, gloves, mask, and other protective equipment during operation.

● If contact with skin occurs, immediately wash with soap and water.

● If splashed into eyes, immediately rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice.

● After use, wash hands and rinse mouth.
