SCV 3011 Waterborne Rheology Additive is a modified product that has been specially selected and activated. In water, it provides strong thixotropy and thickening effects, improving the suspension properties of the system.

Properties:

Appearance: Slightly yellow free-flowing powder

Relative density (25°C): 0.85-0.95

Applications:

As a thickener and rheology additive, widely used in medium to high PVC coatings and water-based multicolor coatings.

Addition method:

In coatings, disperse directly during the paste-making stage; in multicolor paints, disperse directly in the base paint.

Dosage:

Choose the appropriate amount based on the desired viscosity of the system; the general dosage is 0.2-2% of the total system weight.

Precautions during operation:

● Use in a well-ventilated area.

● Wear protective goggles, gloves, mask, and other protective equipment during operation.

● If contact with skin occurs, immediately wash with soap and water.

● If splashed into eyes, immediately rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice.

● After use, wash hands and rinse mouth.
