Performance Characteristics

Application Range

High-grade putties, flat elastic coatings, thick elastic coatings, printing pastes, water-based inks, inorganic coatings.


Usage and Dosage

◇ Recommended dosage: 0.1%-1.2% of the coating weight.

◇ Add 30%-50% of the dosage during the grinding stage and the remaining 70%-50% during the letdown stage.

◇ Stir or shake well before use (any separation during storage does not affect performance).

◇ For thick elastic architectural latex paints, recommended addition: 0.2%-0.8% of the total formulation.

◇ For flat elastic architectural latex paints, recommended addition: 0.1%-0.2% of the total formulation.

◇ For water-based inks, recommended addition: 0.1%-0.5% of the total formulation.

◇ For high-grade architectural putties, recommended addition: 0.1%-0.5% of the total formulation.


Packaging and Storage

25 kg plastic drum; the product has a shelf life of 12 months (from the date of production) when stored in unopened original containers at temperatures between -5°C and +40°C.
