◆ Molecular-level defoamer, APEO-free;

◆ Strong microfoam elimination performance, solving microfoam issues during production, filling, and application;

◆ Strong foam suppression ability, providing long-lasting defoaming and foam suppression;

◆ Excellent compatibility and wetting properties; in low PVC coating systems, it does not cause craters in the paint film;

◆ Does not affect the gloss of the paint film.

Application Range

Can be used in inorganic coatings, water-based wood coatings, water-based industrial coatings, water-based paints, and adhesive systems.

Usage and Dosage

◇ Can be added to coatings as supplied;

◇ Add 50% of the dosage during the grinding stage, and the remaining 50% during the letdown stage (before adding the emulsion);

◇ When using the product for the first time, start with the lowest dosage and increase until the optimum effect is achieved;

◇ Stir or shake well before use (any separation during storage does not affect performance).

Packaging and Storage

25 kg plastic drum; the product has a shelf life of 12 months (from the date of production) when stored in unopened original containers at temperatures between -5°C and +40°C.
