SCV 6333 is a mildewcide composed of isothiazolinone derivatives compounded with alcohol synergists. It effectively inhibits the growth of mold and bacteria on material surfaces, extending the service life of products. It features low addition dosage, synergistic effect, ease of use, and broad-spectrum, high-efficiency mildew and bacteria control.

Appearance: Light yellow to amber liquid

pH value: 3.0-9.5

Stability: Temperature ≤60°C

Solubility: Almost insoluble in water; soluble in lower alcohols and mineral oil

Performance:

● SCV 6333 is broad-spectrum and highly effective, with strong killing ability against mold and fungi

● SCV 6333 is long-lasting and stable, with outdoor weather resistance ≥5 years

● SCV 6333 has wide application, low toxicity, environmental friendliness, formaldehyde-free, and good compatibility

Applications:

Latex paints (added during the letdown stage), some solvent-based coatings

Usage method:

Recommended dosage: 0.1-0.5% for latex paints, 0.2-0.8% for some solvent-based coatings.

Actual dosage depends on the system.

Add with uniform mixing, avoid mixing with strong oxidants or strong alkalis.

Precautions during operation:

● Use in a well-ventilated area.

● Wear masks, protective gloves, and other protective equipment to avoid splashing onto skin or clothing.

● If contact with skin occurs, immediately wash with soap and water.

● If splashed into eyes, immediately rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice.

● This product is strictly forbidden to be taken orally. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.

● After use, wash hands and rinse mouth.
